Allen, who led Penn State's defense to a No. 5 national ranking in total defense among FBS teams this year, is the top target for Clemson, and a final decision is expected in the next day or so. Clemson head coach Dabo Swinney is leading the effort to bring Allen to the Tigers. Allen previously served as the head coach at Indiana before joining Penn State.
