Visit'Civil War' Hits $56M in Three Weeks, Becomes A24's Second-Highest Grosser

A24's film 'Civil War' has achieved significant box office success, grossing over $56 million domestically in just three weeks of release. The movie surpassed 'Uncut Gems' to become A24's second-highest grossing film domestically, trailing only 'Everything Everywhere All at Once.' It grossed $905K on Thursday from 3,929 locations, and by Friday, it had crossed the $50 million mark with an additional $1.90M from 3,518 locations. Over the weekend, 'Civil War' added $7 million to its total from the same number of locations, experiencing a -37% dip. Notably, $9.8 million of its total earnings came from IMAX screenings, accounting for 17.5% of its domestic gross. The release date of the film is still to be determined.
