China has unveiled its first domestically developed electric-driven flying car, named 'Dongda Kunpeng No. 1', created by a research team from Southeast University. This vehicle is notable for being fully steerable and all-wheel driven. It can ascend to 300 meters, has a flight duration of over 20 minutes, and reaches speeds exceeding 60 km/h, allowing for a swift transition to road travel. Additionally, the Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC) has granted a type certificate to the RX4E Rui Xiang, a four-seat electric aircraft developed by Liaoning General Aviation Academy of Shenyang Aerospace University, marking a significant milestone in energy aviation technology.
