VisitChina's MOFCOM to Impose Temporary Anti-Dumping Measures on EU Brandy Imports from Nov. 15
Nov 11, 2024, 08:00 AM
China's Ministry of Commerce (MOFCOM) announced on Monday that it will impose temporary anti-dumping measures on certain brandy imports originating from the European Union, effective November 15. The decision follows a preliminary investigation that found EU brandy producers were dumping products, which threatened the domestic industry with substantial harm. Importers of EU-origin brandy will be required to place deposits or provide a guarantee letter with China Customs based on dumping margins.
