China Imposes Anti-Dumping Duties on EU Brandy, Effective October 11, Importers to Provide Security Deposits

China's Ministry of Commerce announced on Tuesday that it will impose provisional anti-dumping measures on brandy imported from the European Union, starting from October 11. Importers will be required to provide security deposits to Chinese customs. Preliminary findings indicate that EU brandy is being dumped in the Chinese market.
