China Announces 144-Hour Visa-Free Entry for Tour Groups from Hong Kong, Macao to Hainan

China's National Immigration Administration has announced a new visa-free policy allowing foreign tour groups from Hong Kong and Macau to visit the southern island province of Hainan for up to 144 hours. Effective from July 30, this policy applies to citizens of countries that have diplomatic relations with China. The initiative, which has received State Council approval, aims to boost tourism and facilitate easier travel for international visitors. The visa-free entry is available for tour groups registered in the Hong Kong and Macao special administrative regions.
