China Adds 28 U.S. Entities Including Boeing, Lockheed Martin, and Raytheon to Export Control List; 10 Firms on Unreliable List

The China Commerce Ministry has added 28 U.S. entities to its export control list, which includes major defense contractors such as Boeing Defense, Lockheed Martin, Raytheon Missiles & Defense, and General Dynamics. This action prohibits the export of dual-use items to these firms. Additionally, the ministry has placed 10 U.S. companies on an unreliable entity list specifically related to arms sales, further tightening restrictions on U.S. defense firms operating in China.
