Kadyrov claimed that Musk gifted him the vehicle last month, which he equipped with a machine gun and sent to the front lines in Russia’s war against Ukraine. Kadyrov expressed his frustration on Telegram, questioning Musk's actions. However, Musk has denied sending the vehicle to Kadyrov.
