The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has taken over the probe into the deaths of three civil services aspirants at a coaching centre in Delhi's Old Rajinder Nagar. The incident, which occurred on July 27, involved the drowning of the aspirants in the basement of the coaching centre. The Supreme Court has expressed support for the investigation, and the case was transferred from the Delhi Police to the CBI by the Delhi High Court. Paras Nath, a relative of one of the victims, expressed approval of the CBI investigation. The co-owners of the basement have moved the Rouse Avenue court for bail.
