CBI Alleges False Records in R.G. Kar Rape-Murder Case at Tala Police Station

The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has alleged that false records were created by the police in connection with the rape and murder case of a trainee doctor at R.G. Kar Medical College and Hospital in Kolkata. The CBI presented these claims in a special court on Wednesday, stating that the records were altered or falsely created at the Tala Police Station. The former principal of R.G. Kar Medical College is currently in CBI custody, with the custody period being extended. The CBI has sent the records for forensic examination as part of their investigation into the suspected larger conspiracy.
