This marks the fifth-largest prize in Mega Millions history. The winning numbers drawn on Friday night were 3, 7, 37, 49, 55, and the Mega Ball was 6. The lucky winner, whose identity has not yet been disclosed, can choose between the full jackpot amount paid in annual installments over 29 years or a lump-sum cash option estimated at $549.7 million. The odds of winning the Mega Millions jackpot are approximately 1 in 302.6 million.
