The husband of the owner of a Bronx daycare where a 1-year-old child died of fentanyl poisoning in 2023 pleaded guilty to federal charges on Monday. This development came just hours before the trial was set to begin, resulting in a guilty plea from Herrera Garcia, in what has been described as an '11th Hour Plea.'
