VisitBrandon Graham's Season-Ending Triceps Tear May End Eagles Veteran's Career
Nov 25, 2024, 05:06 AM
Philadelphia Eagles defensive end Brandon Graham announced he will miss the rest of the season after tearing his triceps in a game against the Los Angeles Rams. The 36-year-old veteran, who had been dealing with triceps tendinitis, left the field during the fourth quarter with an elbow injury and later confirmed the severity of his condition. Graham, the longest-tenured Eagle and a team captain, had been having one of the best years of his 15-season career, recently moving up to third all-time in sacks for the franchise. He said he is 'done for the season' and expressed gratitude for giving 'everything I got.' Graham, who was planning to retire after this season, had an emotional conversation with quarterback Jalen Hurts before leaving the field. He also shared that his children were 'crying when they heard the news.'
