Bombay High Court Transfers Shiv Sena Leader Ghosalkar's Murder Case to CBI on Friday

The Bombay High Court has transferred the investigation of the murder case of Shiv Sena (UBT) leader Abhishek Ghosalkar to the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) on Friday. The decision was made following a plea by Ghosalkar's widow, Tejasvee, and was based on several lapses identified in the initial investigation by the Mumbai Police crime branch. Abhishek Ghosalkar, a former Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai councillor, was shot dead during a Facebook Live session. The court has directed that all investigation papers be immediately handed over to the CBI.
