Bengaluru Court Grants Bail to Nikita Singhania, Nisha Singhania, and Anurag Singhania in AI Engineer Atul Subhash's Suicide Case

A Bengaluru court has granted bail to Nikita Singhania, the wife of AI engineer Atul Subhash, along with her mother Nisha Singhania and brother Anurag Singhania, in connection with the suicide of the AI engineer. Atul Subhash died by suicide on December 9, alleging harassment by his wife and her family. The accused were arrested on charges of abetment to suicide, with Nikita Singhania apprehended in Gurugram, and Nisha and Anurag Singhania in Prayagraj. The court's decision comes after the accused sought bail, with their plea being heard by the City Civil Court in Bengaluru. Atul Subhash left behind a 24-page suicide note and an 81-minute video, detailing his ordeal and accusing his wife and in-laws of harassment and demanding Rs 3 crore for a divorce. The case has drawn significant attention, with Atul's family also alleging judicial misconduct.
