Barack and Michelle Obama Endorse Kamala Harris for Democratic Nomination on Friday

Former President Barack Obama and former First Lady Michelle Obama have endorsed Vice President Kamala Harris for the Democratic presidential nomination. Obama expressed his pride and commitment to supporting Harris in a video and phone call, stating, 'Michelle and I couldn’t be prouder to endorse you and to do everything we can to get you through this election and into the Oval Office.' This endorsement comes just days after Harris launched her campaign following President Joe Biden's withdrawal from the race. Harris has now secured support from all major Democrats and party leaders in Congress. Obama also referred to Harris as a 'happy warrior' and vowed to help her defeat former President Donald Trump in the upcoming November election. The endorsement was announced Friday morning.
