Bally’s Corp. Files Permit for Tropicana Las Vegas Implosion

A demolition implosion permit has been filed for the now-closed Tropicana Las Vegas with Clark County. Bally’s Corp., the operators of the former Rat Pack-era resort, plan to implode a 22-story concrete tower and a 22-story steel tower in a single explosive event. The permit application was submitted this morning, and the date for the implosion is yet to be determined.
