Authorities Identify Remains of Missing Pearland Woman in Grand County, Utah

Authorities have identified human remains found on July 22 in Grand County, Utah, as Miranda Ankofski, a Pearland mother who went missing with her husband in late June. The Grand County Sheriff's Office confirmed the identification on Saturday afternoon. Miranda Ankofski and her husband, Ray Ankofski, were hiking in Utah last month when they were swept away by floodwaters. While Miranda's remains have been identified, Ray Ankofski's remains have yet to be found.
