The lawsuit claims that between 500,000 and 1.3 million illegal voters are listed, including dead people and nonresidents. The Arizona GOP chair stated that 500,000 registered voters are either deceased or have moved. The lawsuit also alleges that Fontes is not adhering to laws on cleansing voter rolls, resulting in these inaccuracies. The Arizona Free Enterprise Club is also part of the lawsuit, citing violations of the National Voter Registration Act.
