Ariana Grande's album 'eternal sunshine' has become the first album this year to have four songs with over 300 million streams each on Spotify, including 'we can’t be friends (wait for your love)', 'yes, and?', 'intro (end of the world)', and 'the boy is mine'. The album has also been certified Platinum by the RIAA, making it one of only two albums released in 2024 to achieve this milestone. Additionally, Grande has released an acoustic version of 'we can’t be friends (wait for your love)' live from Jungle City studios, which earned 750k streams on Spotify in its first day. She has accumulated 7 billion total streams on Spotify this year, marking her biggest streaming year ever. 'The boy is mine' has reached 300 million streams on Spotify, making it her 41st song to achieve this. Grande also teased the deluxe artwork for 'eternal sunshine' on the album’s six-month anniversary, along with a new track presumably titled 'train wreck'. 'We can’t be friends (wait for your love)' has been certified 2x Platinum by the RIAA, with 2,000,000 units sold. Ariana Grande has become the first artist with three RIAA Platinum singles released in 2024.
