ApeCoin DAO Proposes $356K Ape-Themed Hotel in Bangkok with 50% Revenue Share

ApeCoin DAO has initiated a proposal, AIP-448, to launch an Ape-themed hotel in a prime location in downtown Bangkok, Thailand. The proposal, which involves a $356,000 investment, aims to convert a hotel with Bored Ape Yacht Club (BAYC) branding. The hotel will feature themed rooms, an APE bar, and a pool, and aims to generate actual income for ApeCoin DAO. ApeCoin DAO will obtain 50% of the room revenue within one year. Additionally, the plan includes offering 50 free nights for ApeCoin holders. The current voting approval rate for the proposal is 90%, indicating strong support from the community.
