America First Legal has filed a new lawsuit against all 15 counties in Arizona for allegedly failing to remove noncitizens from their voter rolls. This legal action follows a previous lawsuit against Maricopa County. The organization claims that all counties in Arizona are flagrantly defying state law by not expunging illegal voters. Additionally, a lawsuit has been filed in Wisconsin accusing state agencies of not using available tools to keep noncitizens off voter rolls.
