Amazon is facing a fresh class action-style lawsuit in the UK, with £2.7 billion ($3.4 billion) in competition damages being sought on behalf of over 200,000 third-party sellers on its platform. The lawsuit alleges that Amazon has abused its dominant position in the supply of marketplace services to these sellers.
