VisitAmazon Announces €10 Billion More Investment in German Cloud and Logistics

Amazon has announced a significant investment of €10 billion more to expand its cloud infrastructure and logistics network in Germany. This commitment includes €8.8 billion allocated specifically to the AWS cloud infrastructure in the Frankfurt region by 2026. The total planned investment in Germany by Amazon will reach €17.8 billion. The announcement was made following a meeting between Amazon CEO Andy Jassy and German Chancellor Olaf Scholz, where they discussed Amazon’s efforts to drive innovation and create jobs in Germany.
