VisitAirbus and Tata to Launch First H125 Helicopter Assembly Line in India by 2026, Aiming to Produce 500 Units

Airbus, in collaboration with Tata Advanced Systems Limited (TASL), is set to launch its first assembly line for the single-engine H125 helicopter in India. The project, led by Sunny Guglani, Head of Airbus Helicopters in India and South Asia, aims to roll out the first Made-in-India H125 helicopter by 2026. Airbus has shortlisted eight locations in India for the production line, which will be the fourth such facility in the world. The partnership plans to produce 500 helicopters over the next 20 years. The announcement was made in Marignane, France.
