23-Year-Old Biker Dies in Gurugram Collision on Golf Course Road, SUV Driver Released on Bail

A 23-year-old biker died in a collision with an SUV driving on the wrong side of the road on Golf Course Road in DLF Phase II, Gurugram. The accident, which occurred on September 19th, was caught on camera. The SUV driver, identified as Kuldeep Thakur, was arrested but released on bail the same day. Thakur, whose vehicle had a BJP sticker, has multiple previous challans for wrong-side driving, with the most recent one issued in August. The victim's mother has questioned the swift bail, seeking justice for her son. The victim's friend, Pradyuman Kumar, claimed that police did not immediately collect video evidence. It was also revealed that Thakur did not have a driving license at the time of the accident. The police have registered an FIR and are considering adding more sections to the charges, including death due to negligence.
