Two people were injured when an 18-wheeler carrying approximately 8,800 gallons of unleaded fuel caught fire on the North Freeway in Houston. The incident occurred on Saturday night, and the Houston Fire Department responded to the scene. Raw video of the fire has been released. The fire led to the closure of the North Freeway, which remains shut down as of Sunday morning. The Texas Department of Public Transportation has indicated that it will take several more hours to clean and repair the affected area at Tidwell.
