RFK Racing Adds Third Car for Ryan Preece, Lands Kroger Sponsorship
Nov 19, 2024, 03:04 PM
RFK Racing, co-owned by Fenway Sports Group, has announced its expansion to three full-time cars for the 2025 NASCAR Cup Series season. Ryan Preece will drive the No. 60 Ford Mustang, joining Brad Keselowski in the No. 6 and Chris Buescher in the No. 17. This expansion is facilitated by a new partnership with Kroger, which will sponsor all three RFK Racing cars. The No. 60 car will operate under a charter leased from Rick Ware Racing. Kroger's involvement extends beyond its own branding, with nearly 20 brands that sell products in its stores set to appear across RFK’s three cars next year. These brands include Kimberly-Clark, Bimbo Bakeries, General Mills, Coca-Cola, Oscar Mayer, Celsius, Blue Buffalo, and Allegra. Additional sponsorships will be showcased from Castrol and Fastenal. This move marks the first time since 2016 that RFK Racing will run three full-time cars.
