RFK Jr. Sues Meta Over Election Interference, Gathers 245,572 Signatures for Texas Ballot

Independent U.S. presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr., along with the American Values 2024 super PAC, has filed a lawsuit against Facebook parent company Meta Platforms. The lawsuit, filed on May 13, 2024, alleges election interference by Meta for temporarily removing and blocking a 30-minute campaign video about Kennedy's life from being shared by users. In addition to this legal action, Kennedy and his running mate Nicole Shanahan have successfully gathered 245,572 signatures, securing their spot on Texas' presidential ballot. Kennedy has also achieved ballot access in 13 other states.
