Police Officer Kicks Man's Head at Manchester Airport Terminal 2, 4 Men Arrested, 3 Officers Hospitalized
Jul 24, 2024, 03:59 PM
A shocking incident at Manchester Airport has sparked outrage after a video surfaced showing a police officer kicking and stamping on a man's head. The altercation, which took place at Terminal 2, involved three police officers who were violently assaulted, resulting in a female officer sustaining a broken nose and all three officers being hospitalized. Four men were arrested following the incident. The Greater Manchester Police stated that the officers were responding to a violent assault when the footage was captured. The video shows the officer attacking two Muslim brothers, including an Arab man, who appeared to be compliant and lying on the ground after being tasered. Their mother was present during the incident. The incident has prompted calls for an urgent investigation and referral to the Office for Police Conduct. The Professional Standards Directorate is reviewing the video.
