Johannesburg Ordered to Pay ZAR 3.4bn to Eskom by High Court

The City of Johannesburg and City Power have been ordered by the High Court to pay Eskom R1.073 billion plus interest for an unpaid account. The total debt owed by the City of Johannesburg and City Power to Eskom is reported to be ZAR 3.4 billion.
