RFK Jr. and Children's Health Defense Cleared to Sue Biden Admin Over Censorship Allegations
Aug 22, 2024, 04:55 PM
Judge Terry Doughty of the United States District Court for the Western District of Louisiana has ruled that Robert F. Kennedy Jr. and Children's Health Defense (CHD) have the legal standing to pursue a lawsuit against the Biden-Harris administration. The lawsuit alleges that the administration colluded with social media companies to censor posts related to COVID-19. This decision follows the Supreme Court's rejection of a similar challenge from several states. The ruling allows Kennedy and CHD to proceed with their case in the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.
