An 18-year-old science and engineering student has been referred to prosecutors in Tokyo for allegedly using smart glasses to cheat during a Waseda University entrance exam in February. The student reportedly photographed exam questions and shared them online to receive answers from multiple people, whom he paid for their assistance. Despite these efforts, the student ultimately failed the exam. Tokyo police have sent papers to prosecutors regarding the incident.
