China's NAFMII Introduces Bond Program with Soft Collateral to Support Private Companies

China has introduced a new bond program aimed at supporting private companies. The National Association of Financial Market Institutional Investors (NAFMII) launched this initiative to help private firms raise funds through corporate bond sales. The program includes the use of various types of 'soft' collateral, such as intellectual property.
