Ceartas Secures $4.5M Seed Funding Led by Earlybird, Upside VC, and The Sidemen for US Expansion
May 1, 2024, 01:03 PM
Ceartas, a Dublin-based startup specializing in AI-powered copyright protection for content creators, has successfully raised $4.5 million in a seed funding round. The round was led by Earlybird Venture Capital and joined by Upside VC and The Sidemen, a venture fund operated by a popular YouTube group. Since its inception in 2021, Ceartas has significantly impacted the digital content space by delisting over 1 billion infringing items and eliminating over $500 million in stolen content across various platforms, including OnlyFans. The funding will enable Ceartas to expand into the US market and enhance its anti-piracy services.
