The Israeli military has confirmed the deaths of four soldiers in combat in the northern Gaza Strip. The soldiers, identified as Sergeant Major (res.) Alexander Fedorenko, aged 37 from Bat Yam, Staff Sergeant Danila Diakov, aged 21 from Maale Adumim, Sergeant Yahav Maayan, aged 19 from Modiin, and Sergeant Eliav Astuker, aged 19 from Ashdod, were part of the Nahal Brigade and were killed by an explosive device in a blast in Beit Hanoun. The incident also left six soldiers wounded, with two in serious condition. The soldiers were targeted while traveling in a military vehicle. The attack occurred amid ongoing military operations in the area, with the IDF reporting increased activities against Hamas in northern Gaza.
