Ukraine Targets Kursk, Voronezh, Rostov, and Crimea with Drone Swarm, Aiming at Petroleum Industry
Jan 10, 2025, 10:08 PM
Ukraine has launched a widespread drone attack targeting multiple regions in Russia and Russian-occupied territories, marking one of the largest drone swarm operations of the ongoing conflict. The assault involved Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) striking targets in the Kursk, Voronezh, and Rostov regions of Russia, as well as in occupied Crimea. Notable targets included the port area of Novorossiysk, where Russia's Black Sea fleet is stationed, and other locations such as Sevastopol, Kerch, Taman, Kavkaz Port, Saratov, Lipetsk, and Anapa. Reports suggest that the attacks are primarily aimed at petroleum industry targets, with explosions and air defense activities noted in several areas.
