Over 20 suspected members of the Venezuelan Tren de Aragua gang were arrested at the Gateway Hotel in El Paso, Texas, after they took over the property. The charges against them include human smuggling, prostitution, and possession of illegal drugs. Additionally, a multi-agency operation in San Antonio on Saturday morning led to the arrest of 19 people, including four confirmed Tren de Aragua members. The operation targeted a vacant apartment complex with nearly 300 apartments where the gang was allegedly involved in narcotics violations, human trafficking, and threats to apartment personnel.
