A 45-year-old man is in critical but stable condition after being shoved onto the subway tracks at the 18th Street station in Manhattan's Chelsea neighborhood. The incident occurred around 1:30 p.m. on Tuesday, and the attack was captured on video. The suspect, a 23-year-old man, was apprehended by the police near Columbus Circle hours after the incident.
