Mumbai Police Arrest Gujarat Engineer Over Bomb Threat at Ambani Wedding

The Mumbai Police have arrested a 32-year-old engineer from Gujarat's Vadodara for a social media post that mentioned a bomb threat at the wedding of Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant. The arrest follows heightened security measures at the wedding after the post was shared on July 13. The police are working to establish the identity of the user who made the suspicious post, which read, 'A shameless thought crept into my mind that if a bomb went off at Ambani's wedding.' QR codes, color-coded wristbands, and standby medical teams were among the security measures implemented at the wedding. The Maharashtra Police initiated the investigation with assistance from a special operation group. The incident took place in Mumbai on July 15.
