62-Year-Old Man Kills 35, Injures 43 in Zhuhai Car Attack

At least 35 people were killed and 43 injured when a 62-year-old man drove his car into a crowd outside a sports center in Zhuhai, China, on Monday evening. Local police reported that the driver was dissatisfied with his divorce settlement and attempted self-harm after the incident. The victims included elderly people and children who were exercising outside the center. The driver was detained at the scene. President Xi Jinping has urged local authorities to ensure safety and social stability and ordered all-out efforts to treat the injured.
