YS Jagan Mohan Reddy Seeks Action Against Chandrababu Naidu Over Tirupati Laddu Animal Fat Claims, Writes to PM Modi
Sep 22, 2024, 08:48 AM
Former Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister and YSRCP chief, YS Jagan Mohan Reddy, has written letters to Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the Chief Justice of India regarding the Tirupati Laddu Prasadam controversy. Speaking from Amaravati, Reddy accuses current Andhra Pradesh CM Chandrababu Naidu of twisting facts and making false allegations about the use of animal fat in the laddus, which he claims tarnish the sanctity, integrity, and reputation of Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams. Reddy is seeking action against Naidu for these claims, which he describes as 'nothing short of crime'. The letters were written on September 20 and September 22.
