Oct 31, 2024, 10:15 PM
The U.S. Army has charged Specialist Wooster Rancy, 21, of the 5th Engineer Battalion, for his role in the death of 23-year-old Sgt. Sarah Roque, a female soldier from Indiana. Roque, who was reported missing from Fort Leonard Wood in Missouri on October 21, was found deceased in a dumpster at the base the following day. The incident has led to charges of murder against Rancy, as announced by Army officials. Roque's body was discovered last week, and the investigation has been ongoing since then.
