Police in Sydney have issued an urgent appeal for information after discovering evidence of a recent birth on the banks of the Cooks River near Wardell Road in Earlwood. Authorities found a placenta and an umbilical cord at the scene around 4:30 PM on May 27, 2024. The New South Wales Police are currently searching for the mother and newborn baby with extreme urgency. #9News
