Solana Labs Partners with Google Cloud to Integrate GameShift for Web3 Gaming

Solana Labs has partnered with Google Cloud to integrate its GameShift development suite into Google Cloud's ecosystem. This collaboration allows Google Cloud customers to utilize GameShift's web3 gaming API, facilitating the integration of onchain assets, global payments, and more into games. Solana's GameShift aims to bring Web3 gaming to the mainstream and accelerate the adoption of digital game assets and user-generated content in Web2 games. The partnership, which began with Google Cloud operating as a Solana validator in November 2022, opens new opportunities for studios of all sizes.
