Block Partners with Core Scientific to Supply 15 EH/s of New 3 Nanometer Bitcoin Mining Chips

Block has announced a partnership with Core Scientific to supply approximately 15 exahashes per second (EH/s) of new 3 nanometer ASIC mining chips as part of an ongoing project to decentralize Bitcoin mining hardware. The project aims to democratize Bitcoin mining, making it more accessible. Core Scientific becomes Block's first large-scale mining customer in this initiative. Jack Dorsey, Head of Block, expressed his support for the project.
