Nintendo's U.S. Joy-Con Drift Lawsuits Dismissed After Five Years

After five years of legal battles, two class action lawsuits against Nintendo over Joy-Con drift have been dismissed. The lawsuits, filed by parents and children in the U.S. in 2019 and 2020, alleged that Nintendo knowingly sold defective controllers. Both parties agreed last week to call for the dismissal of the claims, effectively ending the efforts to sue Nintendo over this issue.
