Four Dead, Nine Injured in Long Island Nail Salon Crash; SUV Driver Charged with DWI

Four people were killed and nine others were injured after a minivan crashed into the Hawaii Nail & Spa on Grand Avenue in Deer Park, Long Island, on Friday afternoon. The incident occurred at 4:42 p.m. in Suffolk County. The driver, who was reportedly suffering from a medical emergency, has been arrested and charged with Driving While Intoxicated (DWI). Authorities confirmed that the vehicle, an SUV, drove through the front of the building, causing a mass casualty incident at the strip mall. Emergency personnel were promptly on the scene to assist the victims.
