Russia's New Year's Attack on Kyiv Kills Two, Injures Seven Amid 111-Drone Barrage

Russia launched a massive drone attack on Kyiv in the early hours of January 1, 2025, killing at least two people and injuring at least seven others, including two pregnant women, according to Ukrainian officials.
