Iran's ambassador to Lebanon, Mojtaba Amani, was injured in a pager explosion, according to Iran's Mehr news agency. The incident occurred in Beirut and is part of a series of similar explosions across southern Lebanon. Lebanese media have reported the injury, but there has been no official confirmation yet. The explosions have also reportedly injured hundreds of Hezbollah members, with at least 1200 people injured overall. Amani was reportedly carrying a Hezbollah pager.
